Refund policy

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip, within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. We will exchange or refund the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. To exchange, please return your full priced item within 14 days of purchase for a refund then place a new order online or by phone.

 

EXCHANGES 

We allow exchanges on a different size of the same item only.

Exchanges are processed the same way as Returns. 
We are not responsible for the exchange shipping costs.
Once the exchange item is received at the Shaghayegh Tafreshi Design Studio and inspected for our Policy requirements, we will start your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking information.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS/ MADE TO ORDER

Items that are made to order are not returnable. These custom-made products have an indication of “MADE TO ORDER” in the product description.

FINAL SALE ITEMS 

All items purchased from the Sale Section of our website are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
